I feel like she really stepped away from her role as someone to focus on, Mary herself, individualize the tales, but gave more light to the realities of war.<br \/><br \/>Dr. Scanlon had a supplementary point, claiming that Borden also referred to herself at lot in the text, using &#8220;I&#8221; and explaining her choices.<br \/><br \/>I found the contrast to be profound, looking forward to the rest of the text.
